Angie has been in the finance and accounting recruiting business for over 14 years. She began her recruiting career in 1998 with the specialty recruiting firm David Cooper & Associates, focusing on accounting and finance and remained with them (which later merged with Acsys) for 5 years. As this company continued to increase in size, Angie felt the draw of the small entrepreneurial environment so she accepted the challenge to start the Atlanta office of Two Degrees, a recruiting firm headquartered in Seattle, WA with a presence in some of the largest markets nationwide. Here Angie served as Recruiter and Managing Director over a six-year period. In order to stay true to her love of a small boutique, customer service based firm, she left in 2010 to go out on her own and soon joined forces as a Partner to form Trilogy Financial Search.
Prior to recruiting, Angie spent three years as an Auditor for Arthur Andersen in Seattle, Washington after graduating from Washington State University with an Accounting degree. Angie then moved to Atlanta and spent three years in corporate accounting where she obtained her CPA license.
Angie’s passions are divided between providing the best possible experience for her clients and candidates and being a good mom and wife. She is always very active, loves sports, and recently completed her 5th half marathon.
