Janeen started her recruiting career in Charlotte, NC working two years for Pro Staff Accounting; a large, national recruiting firm. She then moved to Atlanta and spent eight years with Acsys, Inc. which was a leading international accounting/finance recruiting firm working both the contract and permanent sides of the job placement. She worked two years at a local firm before forming Trilogy Financial Search. Janeen attributes her success to playing a large focus on both her clients and candidates individually. She gets to know each side personally and networks through those relationships. Her goal is to create a long-term connection and match between the two.
Janeen received her Masters in Business Administration and Bachelors degree in Accounting and Finance from St. Bonaventure University in Olean, NY. She worked in public and private industry accounting during college and decided to pursue recruiting after graduation. She played intercollegiate and professional soccer and is actively involved in the soccer community in Atlanta. In her downtime she enjoys spending time with her daughter and son.
